DCTC Strikes Gold, Silver & Bronze
The results are in. Dakota County Technical College (located in Rosemount, Minnesota) cleaned up at this year’s National Council for Marketing and Public Relations Paragon Awards. DCTC walked away with three gold, one silver and two bronze awards in this annual competition that recognizes excellence in communications exclusively among two-year colleges across the nation.
Winning six national awards in one year is an incredible accomplishment. “In a word, this is unprecedented. Not only for DCTC, but for any college,” said DCTC’s Director of Marketing & Communications Erin Edlund. “We were up against 1,700 award entries, and in the end, there are only around 90 awards given out for work that is submitted by hundreds of colleges.”
StoneArch Creative is proud to have had the opportunity to be involved in the work for award-winning entries in the categories of Website and Promotional Video. We provided branding and design concepts for the DCTC website, which won gold, and the Nanoscience video we produced (one of 57 promotional videos produced for the college) won silver.
