This is where you’ll hear about the up-to-the-moment happenings at StoneArch Creative.
To those who have a preconceived notion that work parties have to be boring – you’ve clearly never worked at 710 South 2nd Street in Minneapolis.
Sushi, cocktails, bruschetta, chicken sandwiches, a beer garden, Pillsbury Bake-Off treats®…need I say more? Let’s just say, the tenants of 710 South 2nd Street know how to have a good time.
It was the second annual Progressive Dining and Cocktail Social for the building residents within the Historic Mill Ruins Building. Staff from MS&R Architecture, Duffy & Partners, The McKnight Foundation, D’Amico’s Mill City Cafe, and yours truly, StoneArch Creative, were not only in attendance but each business also hosted their own delectable hors d’ouevres and cocktails. The evening was filled with smiles and laughs as nearly 100 of us rallied from floor to floor sampling the unique and yummy treats and drinks.
For our floor party, our Office Manager, Sandra Uri, arrived ready to Sushi! Dressed in traditional Japanese costume, and assisted by yours truly, she wowed the crowd with her DELICIOUS homemade sushi rolls, which, staying true to our theme, paired nicely with our Japanese beer selection.
All in all, it was a night of fun and fabulous memories. We can’t wait to see what’s in store, floor-to-floor, next year.

I couldn’t agree more, and the opportunity to view the eclectic architecture and interior design of each floor added to the evening’s entertainment. What else could we want in a party, except perhaps a bit of music from our talented in house musicians.
