This is where you’ll hear about the up-to-the-moment happenings at StoneArch Creative.

In 2008, StoneArch Creative was thrilled to be a first-time finalist for a Medical Marketing and Media (MM&M) Award. The annual awards gala, held at Tavern on the Green in NYC, would attract the industry’s biggest ad agencies. Naturally, this called for a new dress, matching pumps, and a vintage lamb’s wool coat borrowed from one of my colleagues. Although we hoped our work would speak for itself, we were honored to be among the final five. And then delighted when we were awarded top honors for Best Overall Advertising Campaign in Consumer Press!
Fast forward to 2009. Again, StoneArch was a finalist. Once again, I borrowed the “lucky” lamb’s wool coat. And once again, we brought home the Gold—this time for Best Agency Self-Promotion Advertisement/Campaign.
I’ll take lucky to be good over good to be lucky any day, but why mess with success? So when it came time to pack my bags for the 2010 MM&M Awards, The Lucky Coat was part of the ensemble. And, yes, StoneArch scored a Gold for Best Overall Professional Print Campaign created for our client Virtual Radiologic (vRad). It’s probably just a coincidence, but the original owner of The Coat worked as an X-ray technician in Los Angeles back in the 1950’s….
If we’re fortunate enough to be nominated again next year, you can be sure that one of us will be wearing The Coat!
