How to tell if an agency has "It."
A check list that might make you go "hmmmmmm."

Shouting doesn't make it so.

Lots of places may claim expertise in health and medical marketing, but we have the history, long-term clients and staff experience to prove it. Most of our employees have real-world experience in the health and medical industry. From a registered nurse to medical writers and marketing strategists, we’ve lived where you live.

Just because a hat fits doesn't mean you should wear it.

Strategy isn’t just a hat we put on. It’s at the core of what we do. We help clients dig deep into their marketing communications challenges, hopes and dreams. And when we’re through digging, we may dig some more. The result is often a revelation to our clients and to the marketplace.

Everyone likes to look at pretty pictures, but when it’s your budget on the line, being pretty just isn’t going to cut it. We pride ourselves on the creative products we produce. It’s a great feeling at the end of the day.

If we didn’t pay attention to the teacher at the front of the room as ten-year-olds, why would anyone expect us to do so now? Developing an education and learning program is much more than putting words on paper or giving a facilitator visual aids. It takes a learning strategy. That’s why we developed the Return on Involvement (ROI) approach to all of our learning projects, whether interactive based, live facilitation or self guided. And we’ve developed learning objectives, written curriculums and educational programs for consumers, physicians, medical professionals and sales forces.

Given how young the Internet really is, it’s amazing how many cobwebs are hanging around when it comes to website development. Beginning with a solid strategy, we develop content, build architecture, write programming and produce everything from 6-page microsites to complex, interactive websites. And we do it in-house, with our own web experts.
