A balancing act

Promoting the well-being of women is the mission of Clinic Sofia OB/GYN. To help extend that mission, we produced a series of educational videos for distribution to women, mothers and mothers-to-be. Titles so far include: Breastfeeding for New Moms, Recharge: Mind/Body Balance for Busy Moms, Core Strength: Exercises Before, During and After Pregnancy and Core Strength and Recharge: Mind/Body Balance for Women with Cancer and Chronic Illness.

Setting the mood

The video Recharge: Mind/Body Balance for Busy Moms explained the importance of mind/body balance to personal well-being. From concepting to scripting and producing, this consumer-oriented video had to have just the right mood and pace to be educational yet engaging. The target audience was busy moms, so easy access to the video was key. The video was produced to be viewed as a DVD as well as downloaded to an MP3 player or iPod®.

It’s a special time

The video Breastfeeding for New Moms blended the factual with the personal in a manner that gave women important information about a very intimate topic. We presented accurate information in a friendly and unintimidating tone.
