


Since 2001, StoneArch Creative has been the agency of record for St. Luke’s hospital and clinics. Through this partnership, we have developed a deep understanding of their target audiences and are able to help the organization effectively reach and connect with them. Reaching a wider audience of consumers, physicians, recruiters, civic leaders and the community at large, without increasing production and printing costs, was at the core of creating the 2007 annual report.
We realized that an online, interactive annual report would not only be more dynamic, but the online approach would serve as a great marketing tool. Using this Web-based approach, St. Luke’s could expand its reach without incurring additional production/printing expenses.
We built a microsite, easily accessed from the corporate website, with a downloadable PDF of the annual report. As a result, St. Luke’s successfully stretched its marketing budget with a 50% savings in production and printing cost, reinforced its brand as a high-touch, high-tech health care provider, and demonstrated its commitment to environmental responsibility. The online annual report was so successful that the decision to go online the next year, in 2008, was automatic.
