Elements of Creation

The Stratasys Global Sales Conference included the international sales force and distributors. We needed to create an approach and produce a meeting that would excite, invigorate and unite. We started with theme development. “Stratasphere – Elements of Creation” depicts the perfect balance of the elements of creation: earth, fire, sky and water. These elements are a spiritual foundation of nearly every world culture and have a very specific relevance to the history and goals of Stratasys.

Meeting planning A to Z

From set design and installation to staging and labor, we gave our theme life. We planned, coordinated and produced an event that included an opening featuring a live theatrical ceremony in grand Native American fashion. This intense and dramatic opening was the thread that tied the message strategy together.

Intense, memorable and moving

After two and half days, the meeting came to a close. A Native American drum instructor and eight dancers entered the room. The instructor invited attendees to reach under the table and pick up drumsticks hidden there. And then he spoke while the room kept beat. He spoke of earth, sky, fire and water. Of how those unifying elements weave together the global community and global business. Then he began a dance with hoops. He added more hoops as he danced. With 28 hoops spinning, he was transformed into an eagle. He rose and flew over the audience and out the room. This international audience was left awed and united by the elements of creation.
